Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces 2013

Earlier today, I had an opportunity to represent our vibrant and fast-growing company at the Great Place to Work’s Best Workplaces 2013 UK award ceremony.  Companies on this exclusive list are recognized as truly positive and promising work environments based on survey results where employees are asked to weigh in on satisfaction, engagement, communications and opportunities.  I am extremely proud to say that we are listed as number 14 on the Top 30 Businesses list in the UK for Medium Enterprises.

When I started this company in 2009, I wanted to create an environment where employees can feel first-hand that we take their needs, careers and future very seriously. We’ve set out to foster a culture where management listens, learns and adapts based on the continuous feedback given to us from the people who make the business what it is.

Our employees tell us that what they like most about is that our company is flat, nurturing and open.  We take that to heart and plan to keep those attributes firmly grounded as we continue to grow globally!  Thank you and congratulations to everyone on the team, for making this company great!
